If you are caught cheating, your specimen is recorded as a failed test and reported to your potential employer.

If you are testing for the Department of Transportation, you may face a suspension period and possible employment termination. If the courts have ordered a submission, it’s possible that you will be declared in breach of a court order or parole conditions, and you will very likely go to jail. On top of breaking a parole condition, you could also face further charges for having submitted a fake specimen.
